KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge is fleeting. What I don't know, I can learn. Wisdom and Character rule over knowledge. Cream rises to the top. The Sky is the limit. Wisdom governs where knowledge fails. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. Though I know all things, but do not have love, I am nothing. Even in business, it pays more to have a passion for serving a market than to merely exploit a market.

Lucas Products Corp,  President, CEO: I led this maker of health and beauty products as it accomplished global niche market leadership, changed buyer habits, created new industry sales patterns, introduced new products, and increased profitablity from old lines. Employees were coached to accomplishments that exceeded their own hopes and dreams. I left to follow dotcom opportunities after self designed industry leading web portal accomplished 2000 unique visitors per day, and 2,000,000 hits per month.

Marketing Consultant, Marketing Coach, Technology Coach, Serving Small Business Owners. Company projects include: www.e4God.com, ClickMyHouse.com and www.SunTanning.com. Client projects included Web Portal and Community Development. SunTanning.com was grown to over 3000 members and over 2 million hits a month, with #1 search engine placement and global niche market leadership. e4God.com is a web blog community that is exceeding 5000 daily visitors and has over 600 blogs in its blog community. All of these web traffic accomplishments were performed without advertising. This work occupies less and less of my time since I realized that my favorite clients were Realtors, and that I might do even better as a Realtor myself.
 
2000 - 2002 
California Tan, Inc,  Los Angeles, CA
Consultant, New Product Launch: The former president of Playtex Consumer Products purchased a tanning products company and engaged my services as a Marketing Consultant. I contracted to provide advice and recommendation during a New Product Launch. Cal Care Professional Cleaning System products were launched, with 8 SKU's - on schedule and within budget. My involvement ran from Feasibility Study, to Pricing, to Specifying Formulations, Developing Packaging, Performing Regulatory Compiance Services, consulting on marketing and pricing issues, and assisting with Launch Marketing. The launch was the most successful of its kind in its industry.
 
2003 - 2007

Licensed Real Estate Agent, Listing Specialist, Realtor®. Discovered that Real Estate was a field that used my various skills and experiences to good advantage. I began working as a Listing Specialist in Ohio and Michigan, with one of the top producing Real Estate Teams in the area. This field allows me to use my passions in marketing, advertising, web development, search engine placement, as first loves, but like an artist who needs to choose a medium to develop to full potential, I find the field of Real Estate to be a good canvas for developing my skills. Work includes print design, online marketing, copy writing, photography, web design, search engine placement, advertising, and contact with people - all the things I love! I also coach other Realtors to grow their business. Whereas I onced helped business owners make their vocational dreams come true, I find that in Real Estate, I get to help people make their personal dreams come true. :) RE/MAX is the leading Real Estate company in the World, selling more homes than any other company. It's a great place to work!.

  • Left Team in 2005, Moved to New Market, Establish New Office, Design Collateral and Personal Marketing Literature

  • Began Listing, Selling, Marketing, Negotiating, Closing Real Estate Transactions at record setting pace for new agent

  • Initiated Web Marketing, Print Advertising, Managed process and Finance, etc.

  • Listed as many as 4 FSBO's in one week with no support staff.

  • Listed 14 properties in first few months, working without team or support staff. 

  • Became office sales leader in 3rd month as a Realtor in new market

    • I have served as an industry educator. I developed and presented professional training materials for state approved programs leading to operator certification. I have been instrumental in accomplishing State approval of the curriculum for these courses.

    • I currently operate the web ministry at http://www.e4God.com which is a blog and message board community for Christians.

    • Essay On formal education: Experience, wisdom and vision give the ability to survey a landscape and chart a good course. This is a greater skill than the ability to recite textbooks. But if you want me to recite textbooks, I shall.

SUMMARY:

Am I available? I am not interested in normal or average opportunities.
